Breakfast - 10:00am (Black Tea, Natural Yogurt, Toasts)
Lunch - 1:30pm (Fresh Water, Salad, Scrumbled Egg's)
Snack - 5:24pm (Apple after workout)
Snack at home - 6:15pm (Coffee with Milk, Toast with Jam, and a "Fitness" Bar)
Dinner - 9:37pm (Fresh Water, Soup, Cod Fish "Quiche")
